The entire JLV group is continuously looking for suitable locations to open its establishments under the brands PONT, BIO POINT, MINIT, Burger King, bageterie Pappata, Momento Café, and Momento restaurants. Location: Ideally at a high foot traffic area. Public transport stops, bus stations, railway stations, transfer stations, hospitals, airports, city centers, administrative buildings.
Utility infrastructure: Water supply, sewage, electricity, potential for ventilation systems, low voltage, space for waste.
Utility requirements: Electricity: Minimum required power 35 kW /
Water supply: 100 m3 annual consumption / Low voltage: Established telephone line.
Lease term: Minimum 5 years with a possible extension option.
Supplies: Necessary access for deliveries.
Business signage: Possibility of placing the PONT logo on the premises and surrounding area, as well as placing outdoor signage for the SAZKA sales point, including an external antenna.
PONT (grocery store)
Space requirements: Non-residential space with a minimum area of 60 m², maximum 150 m². Ideal layout is square or rectangular with a simple, non-complicated design. Must have a display window and street access, good visibility. Barrier-free access preferred. We prefer corner locations.
Location: The possibility of placement in a less frequented area, but with good accessibility from high-traffic locations within a 30-meter radius. Public transport stops, bus stations, railway stations, transfer stations, hospitals, airports, city centers, administrative buildings.
Utility infrastructure: Water supply, sewage, electricity, low voltage, space for waste.
Utility requirements: Electricity: Minimum required power 20 kW / Water supply: 40 m³ annual consumption / Low voltage: Established telephone line.
Lease term: Minimum 5 years with a possible extension option.
Supplies: Necessary access for deliveries.
Business signage: Possibility of placing the Bio Point logo on the premises and surrounding area.
BIO POINT (Healthy Nutrition)
Space requirements: Non-residential space with a minimum area of 45 m², maximum 100 m². Ideal layout is square or rectangular with a simple, non-complicated design. Must have a display window and street access. Barrier-free access preferred.
Location: Ideally in a high-traffic pedestrian area. Public transport stops, bus stations, railway stations, transfer stations, shopping centers, hospitals, city centers.
Utility infrastructure: Water supply, sewage, electricity, low voltage, space for waste.
Utility requirements: Electricity: Minimum required power 25 kW / Water supply: 40 m³ annual consumption / Low voltage: Established telephone line.
Lease term: Minimum 3 years with a possible extension option.
Supplies: Necessary access for deliveries.
Business signage: Possibility of placing the MINIT logo on the premises and surrounding area.
MINIT (Fast Food)
Space requirements: Non-residential space with a minimum area of 20 m², maximum 35 m². Ideal layout is square or rectangular with a simple, non-complicated design. The space must allow for counter service in a high-traffic area.
Location: Ideally situated at a high-traffic pedestrian area. Public transport stops (bus, train, transfer stations), shopping centers, hospitals, and city centers.
Utility infrastructure: Water supply, sewage, electricity, low voltage.
Utility requirements: Electric power 230 V, approximately 90 kWh/day, circuit breaker 3x 32 A, ventilation – possibility of installing a ventilation outlet (this can be built), low voltage – telephone connection.
Lease term: Minimum 3 years with a possible extension option.
Supplies: Separate access for deliveries, although it can be arranged from the sales area under certain conditions.
Typical equipment: Water heating, POS hardware, storage refrigerators, storage freezers, shop lighting, cooling display case, hot drink dispenser, cold drink dispenser, chilled worktable, small production fridge, reheating oven, roll-up shutter – covers the entire sales counter.
BAGETERIE PAPPATA
Space requirements: Non-residential space with a minimum area of 25 m², maximum 50 m². The premises include a sales area and back office, layout depends on the specific space. Social facilities and WC are not required – a separate (non-public) WC for sales personnel must be arranged (this can be contractually agreed with the operators of the WC in the location of the shop).
MOMENTO CAFFE
Space Requirements: Non-residential space with an area of 40 m² to 80 m² (depending on the possible staff facilities).
Location: Ideally in an area with a high concentration of people, such as train stations, hospitals, or shopping arcades.
Utility Infrastructure: Electricity, water, sewage.
Utility Requirements:

MOMENTO RESTAURACE
Utility Requirements:

Location: High concentration of people, such as train stations, hospitals, shopping arcades.
Space Requirements: Non-residential space with an area of approx. 150 m² for customers (seating + restrooms) + approx. 100 m² of space for food preparation.
